Marketplace terms and refund policy

These terms govern bobawaffle, operated by Uyeti Entertainment LLC. You must be at least 18 and able to enter into an agreement to create a seller account. Keep account information accurate and protect your sign-in access.

Creators and products

Creators must own or have permission to sell every uploaded file and accurately describe the product, price, included files and license. Creators retain ownership and grant bobawaffle permission to host, display and deliver the content to operate the marketplace. Buyers receive the license stated in the listing; a purchase does not automatically grant resale or redistribution rights. Illegal content, stolen work, malware, deceptive listings and products prohibited by Stripe are not allowed. Contact support to report a listing or rights concern. bobawaffle may restrict listings or accounts to investigate misuse or meet legal/payment-provider requirements.

Payments and payouts

bobawaffle collects customer payments through Stripe and retains a 10% platform commission. Under the current destination-charge setup, the creator receives 90% of the sale amount before any applicable refunds, disputes, reserves or adjustments; Stripe processing fees are paid by the platform separately from its commission. Payout eligibility and timing depend on Stripe verification, bank details, available balances and applicable restrictions. No payout date is guaranteed. Refunds or disputes may require an adjustment or recovery of seller proceeds. Creators must cooperate with support and dispute requests and remain responsible for taxes applicable to their own income. Nothing in these terms transfers tax obligations that applicable law assigns to bobawaffle.

Refund policy

No change-of-mind refunds after download. Contact support for duplicate charges, inaccessible or corrupt files that cannot be fixed, or products materially different from their listing. Refunds will also be provided when required by applicable law. Include your order information and a description of the issue. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
