bobawaffle is a digital-product marketplace operated by Uyeti Entertainment LLC at bobawaffle.com. Contact support or make a privacy request at logannguyen616@gmail.com.

Information used

We process your email, account identifier and authentication information; basic profile information provided when you use Google sign-in; creator profile and product information; uploaded product files; purchase, payment-status and payout-status records; support communications; and service/security logs. Your creator profile and published product listings are public. Product downloads are restricted to eligible purchases.

Why we use information

We use information to sign you in, operate creator storefronts, process purchases and commissions, deliver downloads, show order and payout history, provide support, prevent misuse and comply with applicable obligations. Google sign-in requests basic identity information, not access to Gmail, Drive or your contacts.

Service providers

We use Supabase for account authentication, database and file storage; AWS for hosting and transactional email delivery; Stripe for payment processing, seller onboarding and payouts; and Google for optional sign-in. Stripe collects payment details and seller verification/bank information through its own interfaces. bobawaffle does not store full payment-card numbers. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies. Our website also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives connection information when your browser requests those fonts.

Storage and choices

Authentication uses browser storage to maintain your session. Sign out to end a session on that browser. We retain account and transaction information as needed to operate the service, address disputes, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations; some records may remain in backups or required financial records after an account closes. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion. We may verify your identity before responding, and some requests may be limited by legal obligations or others’ rights. Data may be processed in the United States and other locations used by our providers.
